Long Reach 4mm AllenKey Screwdriver Overview
The Long Reach 4mm AllenKey Screwdriver is a specific tool designed by Liquid Eye R&D. It makes the installation of the pistol grip very easy.
It is ergonomically designed to fit in your hand and attach your pistol grip or side on and off with ease. Without having to over force the captured hex bolts. The longer streamlined form of this tool makes it so nothing in the way when turning the tool.
A large hole through is placed on the end of the tool to allow you to tether it to your key chain and always have it available whenever you need it. Its streamlined shape makes it easy to slip into your bag.
This great new tool is included with our Photographers Bundle and Fully Kitted Bundles. In case of loss you can get a new one or buy an extra one if you need so.

Why this new tool?
We have for a long time provided a T shaped Allen Key with our housings. However, as we now have the C2090 with the ‘One and Done’ closure system. The main use of the Allen Key is to attach the side grip and pistol grips. The T shape of the previous tool would prohibit the tool from turning freely by hitting the pistol grip. This new design makes attaching and removing the pistol grip a breeze. While also allowing you to exert the perfect amount of pressure to attach the pistol grip firmly without over tightening.
For those with a ‘Fimers Bundle’ that do not have a pistol grip, the regular T shaped tool will get the job done perfectly. However the Long Reach 4mm Allen Key Screwdriver is a great addition to any water housing professionals kit!
