Conversion Kit

Conversion kits allow you to switch from one camera model to another.  You do not have to buy a whole new water housing if you want to use two (or more) camera bodies or if you want to upgrade your camera for a newer model*.

There are 2 types of conversion kits.

  • The standard to standard conversion kit. This kit contains a camera tray and a dedicated cable release.
  • The advanced to advanced conversion kit. This kit contains a camera tray, a dedicated shutter extender, a dedicated cable release and a dedicated back plate with the controls similar to the original advanced model.

Conversion kits are not eligible for going from standard to advanced models. For this, we have the Combo Upgrade and Conversion Kits.

*as long as the camera model is supported by Liquid Eye
